Sydney's results for the week ending 3 July 2016 reached an 80 per cent clearance rate. Sydney's results of 80 per cent is a combination of 80 properties sold prior to auction, 42 properties passed in, 133 properties sold, 10 properties withdrawn and 0 properties sold after auction. With a total of 265 reported results this percentage may change once all results are reported.
Once again Sydney has outperformed all other states of the other states Australia wide. With Victoria and South Australia achieving great results as well, in these states Auction is still a great selling option.
