Sydney's results for the week ending 24 July 2016 reached an 75 per cent clearance rate. Sydney's results of 75 per cent is a combination of 68 properties sold prior to auction, 73 properties passed in, 209 properties sold, 18 properties withdrawn and 0 properties sold after auction. With a total of 368 reported results this percentage may change once all results are reported.
Once again Sydney has outperformed all other states. With the ACT, Victoria and South Australia achieving great results as well, in these states Auction is still a great selling option.
