Auction Results Week Ending 10 July 2016

Sydney's results for the week ending 10 July 2016 reached an 79 per cent clearance rate. Sydney's results of 79 per cent is a combination of 68 properties sold prior to auction, 63 properties passed in, 250 properties sold, 22 properties withdrawn and 1 properties sold after auction. With a total of 404 reported results this percentage may change once all results are reported.

Once again Sydney has outperformed all other states of the other states Australia wide. With the ACT, Victoria and South Australia achieving great results as well, in these states Auction is still a great selling option.
